Heal Oasis Rewards — how your points work

One rewards card for everything Heal Oasis: our head spa branches and our online shop. Your phone number is your card.

1. Join for free

Join at any Heal Oasis branch, or online on the Rewards page. All we need is your name and phone number.
You get 200 welcome points straight away — worth RM10 off your next treatment or order.

1 point for every RM1 you pay — for head spa treatments, for products at the counter, and for orders on our online shop.
Points are counted on what you actually pay, after any discount. Shipping and SST don't earn points.
Spa visits: points are added after your treatment. Online orders: points are added once your payment is confirmed (bank transfer: once we receive it).
First-trial offers and promotional packages don't earn points.

Bronze — when you join. 1 point per RM1.
Silver — after RM800 total spend. 1.2 points per RM1.
Gold — after RM3,000 total spend. 1.5 points per RM1.
Total spend counts everything you pay at our spa branches and on our online shop. Your Rewards card shows your tier and how much more you need for the next one.
Keep your tier by visiting or ordering at least once every 12 months. If 12 months pass with no paid visit or order, your tier goes back to Bronze and your total spend starts again from zero. Your points are not affected.
We'll remind you about 30 days before your tier would drop. Your card also shows the date your tier is kept until.

100 points = RM5 off.
Use at least 100 points at a time, for up to half of your bill.
At the spa: tell our staff at the counter before you pay. They will find you by your phone number and check your name.
Online: sign in to your shop account and tick “Use points” at checkout. Your shop account needs to be linked to your points first — ask our staff to do this once at the counter, or join Rewards while you are signed in.
Online, points and a promo code can't be used on the same order. Points can't be used on first-trial offers or promotional packages.

Our Rewards Catalog has gifts you can claim with points, such as a free SALPZ Hair Oil 50mL for 2,400 points. Some gifts are for Silver or Gold members.
Claim a gift at the counter, or on the Rewards page while signed in to your linked shop account.

Share your referral code. Your friend gets RM20 off their first order of RM100 or more.
You get RM20 credit for each friend once they have paid for their first visit or order (RM40 if you are a Partner). Use it on treatments at any branch or in the online shop.
Bring 5 friends and get a free SALPZ Hair Oil 50mL; bring 10 and get a free Express 60-minute head spa.

Each point expires 12 months after you earned it. Your oldest points are always used first.
Your Rewards card shows any points expiring in the next 30 days, so you have time to use them.

Points can't be exchanged for cash and can't be moved to another person.
If an order or treatment is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are taken back, and any points you used on it are returned to you.
Keep your phone number up to date with us — it is how we find your points.
Points gained by mistake or through misuse may be removed.
We may update these rules from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

You pay RM188 for a head spa treatment → you earn 188 points.
Next visit, your bill is RM160. You use 188 points → RM9.40 off, you pay RM150.60.
You earn points again on the RM150.60 you paid.
